Jealousy is often seen as the enemy of non-monogamous relationships — an emotion to suppress, avoid, or be ashamed of. But what if we approached it with curiosity, as a messenger instead?

In this evening’s discussion group, we will explore the roots of jealousy and its various forms. Together, we will unpack what this emotion reveals about ourselves — and how we can respond to it with care and clarity.

Through reflection, sharing, and input, we’ll work toward deconstructing jealousy — and walk away with practical tools to navigate it in non-monogamous relationship contexts.
