Unlabelled Group Meetup - Transforming feelings into words

Feeling understood is a vital part of emotional relationships, but feelings can be unclear, contradictory or even difficult to feel at all. In order to be understood you also have to externalize those feelings in a way the other person can understand. How do people do that?

In this meetup we will focus on the step from feeling something to accurately describing what is going on inside your head. Whether you are just emparting on your journey of actively feeling and communicating your emotions, or you would just like to brush up on and deepen your repertoire of emotional communication skills, this meetup is for you. For that we will share some tools for people having trouble feeling or describing their emotions, talk a little bit about non-violent communication, and form discussion groups to share what other people have learned or struggle with.
